Name: Heather I had requested prayers for Jannie who was had two biopsies taken by her doctor and told they appeared to be cancer. She was given the names of two surgeons to contact regarding surgery. Jannie was called by her doctor today and told the results have come back from the lab and the biopsies were benign. Praise God! The doctor has scheduled her for a MRI just to make sure she is cancer free. Thank you Father Jose for your prayers and thank you God for your infinite mercy.

Thank you Father Jose for your prayers of intercession. . My mother Patricia was first healed by your prayers a few years ago when she suffered a broken tail bone. We attended the Healing Mass March 1, 2008. My Mother suffers from numerous ailments which had confined her to crutches for years. Shortly after Father Jose’s Healing Mass and prayers she began to walk without her crutches and has no more pain. We thank the Lord for my mothers healing. We both keep Father Jose in our prayers. Name: Claudia In October 2007 I attended the Generational Healing Mass, the reason for my visit was to ask for healing for my 11 year old daughter who has suffered for over 5 years from alopecia areata which is a disease of the immune system which attacks the hair. The hair falls out and sometimes results in complete hair loss. The doctors said there was no cure. My daughter had lost most of her hair and had many bald spots. My daughter was not healed at this time. But I was slain in the spirit and was healed spiritually. Since the healing mass my faith in God has grown tremendously and God is now the center of my life. I attended another Healing Mass in November 2007 and my daughter was healed. Two weeks after attending the Healing Mass my daughters hair began to stop falling out and she is a much happier person. I give thanks to the Lord everyday for his blessings and healing. I will serve him faithfully and never forget what he has done for me and my daughter. Thanks be to God for healing my depression this Christmas. I attended Father Jose's Generational Healing Retreat in October 2007 and I have to say it was a long day which concluded with the rosary and Healing Mass.
Father Jose prayed during the Mass for healing and said prayers for exorcism. I was pretty sure there weren't too many things on this earth spiritual or otherwise that were not gone or healed by this powerful prayer.
I didn't notice any special healing at the time. For many years as soon as the Thanksgiving Turkey was served I have felt a very deep depression come over me that lasted until after Christmas Day.
I used to say that I couldn't wait for Christmas day because I could ENJOY the spiritual aspects of Christmas AFTER the 25th.
I have never understood why the sadness, but it was like a wet blanket that covered any joy I might have had from the holidays.
I even had my doctor tell me that I suffered from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) lack of sunlight. He was right! It was a lack of sunlight but SON LIGHT.
I enjoy looking at the decorations and buying gifts. Things in the
world aren't better, my family isn't without its problems, but thanks to the
miracle of God's healing, I hear the joyful promise of Advent and sing the
prayers and songs and gratefully look forward to the Birthday of Jesus. November 2007

My sister has never gone to church her beliefs were different, she was involved in Santeria and many years ago worshipped Satan. For two years she has not been involved in this. But would never go to church or talk about God. After the Generational Healing Mass, she attended church for the first time and has continued to do so. She has enrolled my nephew in a Catholic school and he is talking classes to be able to receive his First Communion. Her heart has been changed from hard to soft, she has made peace with family members and is even talking about God. I thank the Lord for this miracle and for using Father Jose as his instrument. Name: Marie My friend at work gave me an article about Fr Jose and at that time my aunt had been detected with a rare liver condition due to drugs given earlier for a viral infection so I sent a prayer request to Fr. Jose. Her recovery looked really bleak, but thanks to Fr Jose's prayers she has regained strength and doctors are happy with the remarkable recovery she has made so far and was able to go for her cataract surgery this week. Thanks be to God! Name: Gina Thank you Father Jose for your prayers, God has answered my plea for my mother's health. Results of her x-ray showed a lump in her lungs. She was operated on her colon 2 years ago and since then, she is closely being monitored by her doctor to avoid recurrence of cancer cells in her other organs. My officemate sent me the article about Father Jose and I immediately posted a prayer request last Oct 01, 2007 in this site and sent a letter to Father Jose last Oct 03, 2007 for Mass intention for complete healing of my mother from cancer. She had a CT scan last Oct 05, 2007 and the doctor informed us that he cannot find the lump in her lungs anymore. Indeed, simple words are best inadequate to express my sincerest gratitude to Father Jose and to our Lord God for the gift of healing for my mother. After paying our monthly rent all we had was $29.00 dollars to buy groceries for 5 plus only 1/4 tank of gas in the car with a full week of taking the children to school and driving to work. Car insurance and water bill were due this week. With the prayers from your lips to God's ears, Sunday afternoon a family member gave us $50.00 to buy the children pizza.( We did not tell anyone in our family our money problems). The next day, Monday morning there was a $500.00 Bonus Check given to office workers for a good Summer Sales Period. Praise Be To God !!

Name: Beth I asked for prayers for Sydney who was seriously ill...that he would come home from the hospital free of illness. Sydney came home and had been referred to a cardiologist for a diagnosis of a serious heart problem and enlarged heart. The cardiologist told us after testing that the diagnosis was unfounded and Sydney is back to being a playful and loving 12 year old. I don't know what I would have done if I lost him. Thank you Father Jose so much for all your prayers.
Name: Don and Diana Don: The definition of grace is an undeserved gift from God. We’d like to introduce you to Justin . He is six months old. He is our grace. Praise God! I am 41 years old. Although I was baptized in the Catholic faith, received first communion and was confirmed, my parents were not devout Catholics. My religious education growing up was minimal. Since I learned to drive at the age of 16, I have attended Church more regularly but it didn’t become the central focus of my life. Diana: I am a 42-year-old who was raised unchurched, but in recent years came to know and love the Lord through the Protestant faith. As an overachieving intellectual with degrees from Harvard University and Emerson College, I have been slow to acknowledge and submit to the will of our Creator. Four years ago Don and I married, but out of stubborn ignorance and firmly held misperceptions about the Catholic faith, I resisted conversion. Don didn’t push the issue. We were married in a non-denominational chapel and attended a non-denominational, evangelical church over the first two years of our marriage. In essence, I pulled Don away from the Catholic Church. While happily married, we were saddened by our inability to conceive children. We spent upwards of $30,000 relying on science to boost my fertility – even going as far as trying in vitro fertilization twice – but to no avail. We rationalized using IVF by telling ourselves we were merely enhancing our chances to conceive, but God still had the final say. Deep down, however, we knew it was wrong. We were trying to circumvent God’s will. Still, we prayed for success. God didn’t answer our prayers. Fertility experts concluded I was simply too old, my eggs could not fertilize properly. We were encouraged to consider using donor eggs, which we immediately rejected. Next it was suggested that we pursue adoption. Wanting dearly to experience pregnancy and the birth of our own child, we held out hope that the doctors were wrong and God would eventually bless us. We gave up on science and put our faith back in the Lord. Upon the urging of Nancy, with whom I became friends through my writing of a book about Terri Schiavo, we began attending Fr. Jose Maniyangat’s monthly healing Mass in December 2005. As a non-Catholic I found the liturgy intimidating and confusing, but I was immediately struck by the beauty and solemnity of the Mass and felt the power of the Holy Spirit abiding with us all inside this church. I experienced being slain by the Spirit upon receiving the blessing of Fr. Jose. The state of grace I reveled in long after the Mass had ended put the finishing touches on a truly transformative experience. We returned over several subsequent months and began to look forward to the pilgrimage to Macclenny from Charleston, South Carolina, for the healing Masses. I grew to love saying the Rosary and praying to the Blessed Mother for her intercessions on our behalf. I treasured the opportunity to worship the Lord with deep sincerity and intensity, following the example of Fr. Jose and the rest of the attendees. I craved, and fervently prayed for, healing of my mind, spirit and body that I might grow closer to God and that He would bless our union with a baby. In May of 2006, God answered our prayers and healed whatever had been keeping us childless. Throughout our pregnancy, we continued to attend the monthly healing Masses in order to receive further healing and Fr. Jose’s blessing for the baby. After one healing Mass I was moved beyond words when Fr. Jose told me he could actually see Justin in my womb and that “he looked radiant.” Out of immense gratitude to God and the Blessed Mother, I decided to explore Catholicism. I went through the R.C.I.A. program at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in downtown Charleston and was confirmed during this past Easter Vigil. I have grown to love the Catholic faith and feel as though I have come home. Becoming Catholic has deepened my relationship with the Lord. Don: Through attending the healing Masses, my Catholic faith has been re-energized and I have devoted a lot of time toward making it the core of my life. Last week we hosted the first of what we hope to be many Bible studies in our home. Last December we were remarried in the Catholic Church through a convalidation ceremony. This past April we were honored to have Fr. Jose baptize his spiritual son, Justin, here at St. Mary’s. Diana: It gives me great joy to know my son was claimed for Christ before he even learned to speak, and that he was welcomed into the Catholic community 42 years sooner than his mother. This precious baby is a testament to our faith and Christ’s healing power. We want to thank from the bottom of our hearts Nancy for leading us to St. Mary’s. We thank Angela her sweet children Joshua and Mary, and all of those at St. Mary’s who prayed for us and Justin. Don: We thank Fr. Jose for his devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ and the Blessed Mother. Through the power of the Holy Spirit working through Fr. Jose and the intercessions of the Virgin Mary we have received the greatest of God’s gifts, our miracle baby, Justin.

Name: Ron I had requested prayers for my mother to be healed from cancer. Before my mothers surgery was performed we were told she did have cancer and she would need radiation treatments. Now after her surgery the doctors have informed her they no longer detect ANY cancer and She will not need any type of radiation treatments. Wow! God is good! Marylyn Father Jose thank you for your prayers of intercession for my Mother. The tests came back negative for cancer. Thank God! God bless you always. Name: Amie My name is Amie. In October 2003 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I had a hysterectomy, and underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. My cancer went into remission and I was cancer free. In August 2006 I was diagnosed with cancer in my lymph nodes and was told my prognosis was very poor. I told my doctor “God created me and He will recreate me again. I leave everything to God.” I have always been a devout catholic and placed my trust in God. My family and friends began to pray for me immediately. I began chemotherapy in September 2006 and concluded in April 2007. The treatment was three days a week for three weeks then one week off. The treatment on Monday was for six hours, Tuesday was one hour, and Wednesday for one hour. The treatments left me feeling very tired and drained. A friend of mine during this time told me about Father Jose Maniyangat and the Healing Mass in Macclenny, Florida. I started attending the Healing Mass in October 2006 and have not stopped. I would place my petition in the prayer box at each mass which was brought up to the altar during the Healing Mass. After one Healing Mass I met Father Jose and told him about my condition and asked him to pray for my healing. Father Jose blessed me again and told me “I will pray for you.” In November 2006 a scan was done to check the status of my condition. The scan showed my condition was improving. In December 2006 I attended the Healing Mass Saturday. On Sunday I felt unusually well. On Monday after my scheduled chemotherapy treatment I felt very strong and well, not weak and tired as I usually was after the six hour treatment. When I returned home from the treatment I fell asleep from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. My husband woke me up and I changed my clothes and went back to sleep and began to dream. I dreamed I was standing between two churches that were connected to each other. Both churches were very bright like the sun and a man was approaching me. He was very bright; he was wearing a dazzling white garment, which fully covered him from his head to the ground. I could not see his face. I prostrated myself on the ground. He leaned over me placing the sign of the cross on my head and neck. He told me “I already gave it to you.” After that he stood up and left. I woke up feeling overwhelmed and believing I had been healed. In May 2007 a scan was done to check the progress of the treatment for my cancer. It confirmed I am cancer free. I was healed! Praise to Our Lord Jesus Christ!! and thank you Father Jose for your intercessory prayer!!

I grew up here in Macclenny, where most everyone is Protestant. I was a Protestant myself. I was a member of the First Baptist Church of Macclenny and had been going there since I was five years old. My wife and I would attend the healing masses and I never thought I needed healing. I felt perfectly fine, but during the healing mass in June 2006, I guess God didn’t think that I was fine. When I went to the front, I was touched by Father Jose and began to slay in the spirit. I couldn’t open my eyes and I just lied there in peace. I knew something was happening but it wasn’t until later that I realized what it was. I was always asking my wife questions about the Catholic Church, because as a Protestant we never believed in things like purgatory or the confession of sins to a priest. I signed up for the RCIA program because I wanted to get educated in the Catholic faith and get my questions answered. I really had no plans of converting to Catholicism. Later, after being in the class for a few weeks, I started talking with my wife and told her that I really didn’t want my children to grow up and ask us why we have different beliefs. I told her that maybe it was a good idea that I converted to Catholicism. Remember, when I told you about slaying in the Spirit and not knowing what had happened to me. Now I realized what it was for. You know about St. Paul and his conversion on the way to Damascus. Well, I didn’t get blinded by a bright light, but God did clear my sight and allowed me to see the truth. I started understanding things and they were crystal clear to me. I knew at that time that I wanted to convert and that it was the right thing to do. I just became a Catholic during the Easter Vigil. The night before, as my wife and I were lying in bed, she told me that she was proud of me for converting and that many people had been praying for me. She told me that she had gone to Father over a year ago and told him that I was not a Catholic and that she was afraid that there would be problems in our home because of this. He told her not to worry and that he would pray for my conversion. I truly believe in the power of prayer and the gift of healing that Father Jose has been given by God. I want to thank all of you who had been praying for me, especially Angela , my wife, and Father Jose. Name: Lily My name is Lily. When I was about sixteen weeks pregnant, I was given the multiple marker test, which identifies a fetus at risk for certain birth defects. When the test results came in, the doctor told me that one of the tests came back positive, the one that tests for Down syndrome. I was told that at my age, the odds of having a child with Down syndrome were high. I was told that I could meet with a counselor who would help me understand more about Down syndrome and help with decisions about what to do next. The doctor then told me that I could undergo another test called amniocentesis, which would definitely prove whether or not the baby had Down syndrome. However, there was a small risk of miscarriage involved with the test. At my surprise, he then told me that if we wanted to, he could abort the pregnancy and he started talking about it as if it were no big deal. This was not even an option for me and no matter what was wrong with the baby, I would never consider this. When I got home from the doctor’s office I spoke with my husband about it and we decided that we would ask the advice of Father Jose. When I spoke with Father, he told me not to worry and that he would pray for the baby. He told me to make sure that I went to the healing mass, which was the next day. This is where the miracle happened. When I went to the front for healing, Father Jose touched my stomach and I could feel the Holy Spirit enter my womb. Words can’t describe the feeling that I felt, but I knew that something special happened. The following week, my husband and I met with the counselor and a specialist from the regional obstetrics at Baptist Hospital. As Father Jose had suggested, I didn’t have the amniocentesis test. We only wanted to get a detailed ultrasound and a second opinion from the specialist. During the ultrasound, the specialist began looking at the baby and told us that he didn’t see any signs that would indicate Down syndrome. On November 9, 2006, I gave birth to our daughter, Anna Marie. Anna is five months old now and smiles all of the time. She is the happiest baby that I have ever seen. When we look at her smiling, we often wonder if she is showing us how thankful she is to be alive. We also have a son, Philip, who is 20 months old. My dad had been on a waiting list to get into an old age home near our area. Recently his doctor recommended my dad be placed on an "emergency list" to get him into the next available home. My mom was unhappy with this decision because this home was one and a half hours away from our family home. This would make it difficult to visit and care for him. In March we received a phone call informing us there was a space available for my dad to enter the old age home near our house. This was the home my mom had been praying my dad could enter. This was a miracle! We knew it was very difficult to get into this particular home in the area. My husband first learned of Father Jose's story in December of 2006 and I shared it with my family. When my mother heard Father Jose story she had a strong feeling about him and requested to have my dad's intention placed on his prayer list. Before I came here I had not met Father Jose, but I had heard about his healing ministry from my daughter. In the month of October I fell and broke my left knee and became depressed because I was supposed to come here to help my daughter with her new born baby. I told my daughter to ask Father Jose to pray for me so the surgery scheduled for my knee would go well. I was taken to the hospital to have the surgery done but it was postponed due to a problem with scheduling with the doctor. The doctor told me to come back the following week but again there was a problem and the doctor sent me home and told me to come back the following week. I went for the surgery three times but each time the doctor would give me an excuse regarding its postponement. The third time the nurses had gotten me ready for surgery and I was about to be taken to the operating room when the doctor walked in and told me that the operating room was contaminated and I could not be operated on. I told my daughter what had happened and she told Father Jose. Father Jose told my daughter to tell me that I would not need surgery anymore but I did not believe this at the time. My mind was set on having the surgery as soon as possible. I even asked another doctor if he could perform the surgery on me. The doctor declined and sent me back to my doctor. The following week my doctor scheduled the surgery again. The night before the surgery, my daughter called me and told me Father Jose had been praying for me and said I would not need the scheduled surgery. I told her I am scheduled for surgery and I will have the operation tomorrow. My daughter listened to me but reminded me again about the prayers Father Jose had been offering for me. The next day I was taken to the hospital for the surgery. New X-rays were taken before surgery and to my astonishment, and the doctor who knew about the prayers that had been being offered by Father Jose said: “Lady, I have good news you do not need a surgery and indeed the Lord has performed a miracle on you. Glory be to God! The doctor said I would need to have a cast for one month and after that I would be fine. The doctor said God had performed a miracle on me because the new X-rays showed the knee was healing and I would not need surgery. I was very excited about my healing. My husband, other family members, and friends who knew about my condition were astonished! Now I truly believe in the power of prayer. Since then, Jesus has truly changed my life. Name: John from India Surgery had been scheduled for a medical condition I had in March 2006. During the surgery a biopsy was done and it was found I had a malignant cancerous Olfactory Neuroblatoma. The condition was terminal. I am 33 years old, married with two children ages 3 and 1. My family was devastated. My family turned to God for he was our only hope. I had radiation therapy and chemotherapy. We were praying to our Mother Mary for help that is when we heard about Father Jose and his story. I mailed him a letter told him my story. Father consoled me and my family. He offered prayers and Holy Masses for me and asked my family and I to recite the Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help. When the course of radiation and chemotherapy was completed a PET scan was done to acess my progress. Praise be to God! The PET scan confirmed and showed the cancerous tumor was gone! Name: Rebecca My name is Rebecca and I am a witness for Angela who received God’s healing through the Eucharistic Healing Ministry of Father Jose Maniyangat. A group of eight women from St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, Florida meet once a week for prayer. They pray for the people in their lives, family members, friends, and co-workers. One of the women in the prayer group is a nurse at the pain clinic at Mayo Hospital in Jacksonville. Most of the pain clinic patients were terminal so the group would pray for the happy death of the patients, and for strength and courage for the family members in this difficult time in their lives. Our prayer group did not know the names of the patients. Approximately 6 ½ years ago the nurse asked the group to pray for a young woman who had been “butchered” and there was nothing more the doctors or medicine could do for her she was dying. The nurse stated “It will take a miracle for this woman to survive”. The group prayed for this young woman that God give her comfort, strength and the peace of a happy death. They also prayed for strength for husband and her two small children during this difficult time. The nurse at Mayo Hospital attended the monthly Eucharistic Healing Ministry Mass held in Macclenny, Florida by Father Jose. The nurse repeatedly encouraged this young woman to attend the Healing Mass. Many prayers were offered for her to attend the Healing Mass. I discovered two years ago the woman our prayer group had been praying for was Angela. Our prayers had been answered! And praise be to God for her incredible healing!
Name: Angela My name is Angela and I stand before you today as a witness to God’s incredible healing power. I underwent an unnecessary hysterectomy that nearly took my life twice. My life was changed forever and was never to be the same. I had surgery and was sent home. Once home I became very weak, I had high fevers, vomiting, severe headaches and the incision site became inflamed, swollen, and very painful. My husband immediately contacted the doctors and was told these symptoms were normal. As my condition worsened he contacted a different doctor my primary care physician. My husband was told to rush me to the ER. I was shown to be very anemic and had a severe post-op infection. A cat scan was done and they found I had two abscesses filling with blood and infectious fluids. My blood pressure began to drop rapidly and I was near cardiac arrest. The severe internal bleeding and the post-op infection was slowly killing me. It was believed that I needed to go back into surgery to control the bleeding but I was at high risk because my veins were collapsing which made it difficult to get an IV in me. Since I could not go back into surgery the doctors decided to aspirate the abscesses. The doctors were not able to give me any pain medication because of my deteriorating condition. As the abscesses were drained from my incision, I suffered excruciating pain. They were able to stabilize me and began to treat me with antibiotics to work on the infection. After many months and return visits to the doctors and hospitals I continued to have severe pain on my left side; I could only walk stooped over, limping and dragging my left leg, having severe spasms in my lower back, abdomen and legs. My hormone levels could not be regulated which was causing me emotional distress. I was referred to the Mayo Clinic and the Mayo Pain Clinic. It was determined I had massive nerve damage and muscle atrophy to my abdomen. I was given nerve block injections and heavy doses of drugs which caused bad side effects. The muscles through out my body were weakening. My stomach muscles had deteriorated so much that it made me unable to stand upright. I began treatment with a Mayo physical therapist but it was decided I needed inpatient therapy. I went through extensive physical therapy. I was told I had chronic Myofascial Syndrome with severe nerve damage. I was told there was no cure and that I would have to have physical therapy for the rest of my life. The inpatient hospital was able to help me walk again and they referred me back to the Mayo Pain Clinic so they could try to control my nerve damage pain. The Mayo Clinic told me I had exhausted every treatment except a spinal cord stimulator. This would require a surgical procedure implanting the device into my body. A test trial was done. While under anesthesia they turned the stimulator on to send an electric shock to control the pain but the nerve reaction was so severe I came out of anesthesia screaming in pain and my body jerked up from the table. The doctors tried to adjust the stimulator several times but it irritated the nerves causing swelling and extreme pain so it was removed. I began having trouble breathing and felt like I was slowly fading away. I was fighting hard to live, I wanted to be with husband and my two children. At this point, unknown to me, the doctors had told my husband I was not going to live much longer because of the massive damage to my body. My body was beginning to shut down. One of my nurses at the Mayo Clinic told us about Father Jose, a healing priest in Macclenny. The nurse had attended his Healing Mass and she insisted we should attend. The nurse was a member of a prayer group who prayed for patients at the Mayo Clinic. She and her prayer group had been praying for the grace of a happy death for me and strength for my family. She continued to contact us about the healing service asking us to attend. After many attempts we were able to attend a Healing Mass. When I attended the Healing Mass I encountered the compassion of Jesus Christ through Father Jose and the darkness was lifted. I felt a profound peace and a huge burden had been lifted from me. Since that first Healing Mass everything has changed in my life. I surrendered myself to Christ. I see the world differently because of Christ and his love for me. I was a dying woman and He gave me life. He continues to breathe life into me every day. I have been healed physically from my chronic muscle and nerve damage. I am able to walk and move pain free without any assistance. My stomach muscles are healed which is allowing me to stand erect. I no longer need hormone therapy due to the loss of my reproductive system. I no longer suffer from any emotional distress. My doctors are amazed at my recovery and the fact that I am still alive. I want to thank Father Jose for his support, guidance, powerful prayers, and allowing God to use him as His instrument for healing. Father Jose spiritual guidance helped me carry my cross. I thank Jesus by attending Mass daily, Eucharistic Adoration, praying the family rosary, home schooling my children and teaching them the faith. Through my suffering I was spiritually awakened and realized how great the power of prayer is. I am grateful to Jesus, I thank Him for the many blessings I received by my spiritual awakening during my suffering. I also thank Our Mother Mary and St. Joseph for their powerful intercession. September 2006 Name: Kathy I had just turned 30 years old and given birth to my 3rd child when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma stage 2B. I had undiagnosed symptoms throughout the entire pregnancy. After a spleenectomy, I was prescribed to 9 months of chemotherapy with 6 weeks radiation treatment. I was in a weakened condition and could feel my body dying underneath me. At the time I was married to an abusive alcoholic and the marriage was failing. I feared for the fate of my 3 young children ages 9, 2 and newborn. But besides the obvious concerns, I knew that they would not be raised in the Catholic faith, if any faith at all. As a Catholic “revert” I love our faith. I wanted the children to know not only the fullness of our Catholic faith, but most importantly, to know Jesus in the Eucharist. I asked God to let me live so that I could raise them to know Him. Chemotherapy was both frightening and difficult. It made me very ill. Whether or not it was true, I believed that I would die if I did not receive the Eucharist before each treatment. I made sure to do so. 3 months into treatment, Father Jose was invited to celebrate a Eucharistic Healing Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Jacksonville, FL. At the time, these were not regularly scheduled events and only happened for Father Jose upon invitation and approval by the pastor. I quickly recognized that I may never get another chance such as this one. I went to it with the realization that when I came to stand before Father Jose as a representative of Christ, that I would be standing before Christ Himself. I also recognized that made it a pinnacle moment for me. My encounter with Christ actually began while standing in line waiting for my turn for Father to lay hands on me. That experience and then the experience I had when Father Jose did lay his hands over me were both profound and personal. The best way to convey it is to say that I experienced the compassion of Christ in a way that I never knew before nor could otherwise have ever known. I was touched to the very core of my being. About a week or so following the Healing Mass, I went for x-rays and c-scan, routine after 3 months of treatment. The physician who read the c-scans, and who already knew my case, was so excited by his readings that he very excitedly came to retrieve me from the c-scan room where I sat still adorned in hospital gown, and rushed me to see for myself what he saw. I could not understand what I was looking at. So he flipped on the lights beneath x-rays taken at the time of diagnosis and then those taken that day. The old x-rays showed very large areas of white mass (the cancer) and the new x-rays showed NOTHING. He explained to me that while it was common for Hodgkin's patients to show improvement in the first 3 months, it was not at all common for there to be NOTHING. He had never seen it before. He was ecstatic. I was dumbfounded. I was told by my Oncologist that I would still need to resume treatment. Of course I cried. But my treatment was reduced to a total of 3 months more chemo rather than 6, and 4 weeks of radiation rather than 6. I completed treatment without incident. The doctor officially pronounced me in remission the week of Mother’s Day. That was 12 years ago – and no recurrence. Kathy Jacksonville, FL 9/6/06

Name: Linda Only 48 hours after contacting Father Jose and other prayer warriors, the condition of my father Richard rebounded so quickly that even his doctors were amazed by his progress. From nearly dying a week ago from a bacterial infection in his blood following open heart surgery, he was released from the hospital last Friday and is now in a rehab/nursing home facility, resting peacefully and gaining strength to start physical therapy. Our family truly saw God move through this situation in His Great Mercy.

Name: John and Marty Last week I called Father Jose and asked for his prayers and intercession for my wife's brother in law, Alex. Alex was in a hospital in a intensive care unit awaiting brain surgery. Alex had slipped into a coma, he had lost a lot of weight after 12 days in and out of a coma his body was rejecting the medicine he was dehydrated and his brain had massive swelling. Things looked very bleak. The operation was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I asked Father Jose on Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. to please pray for Alex and we asked for Father's intercession for Alex. Alex's wife signed the papers for the surgery, she then went back into the room to see Alex at 11 a.m. before the surgery. Alex was sitting up in his bed, he was very weak but could talk. The doctors returned to the room and concluded the surgery was no longer necessary. He now appears to be making a full recovery. Praise Jesus and Mary. Thank you Father Jose for your kind prayers. Name: Jennifer My mother in law is visiting with us from Mexico for the next two months. It has been difficult, my mother in law is in a wheel chair and has no feeling in her legs. We took her to the November healing service for the family tree blood line. My mother in law came home and was able to feel heat sensations in her feet and able to bend her knees. Praise God!! The very next day my husband and I found out we are pregnant with our 3rd child, God is so awesome! Two nights ago we received a phone call from my father in law. He is a truck driver from El Paso and had a load coming through the area and wanted to visit. We have not seen dad in almost two years. He came to visit on Friday. My mother in law and father in law were never married and have not been on speaking terms for 19+ years. His father arrived and to his surprise learned that we had a special guest living with us. He was a little nervous about coming in and seeing the woman that he use to date, I explained that God put this whole thing together and it was in his hands. My father in law and mother in law were able to visit for 8 hours. I know that God is healing broken hearts for both of them and they are now able to talk. God works in mysterious ways each and every day. We must be thankful for everything God gives us daily.

I had placed her on the prayer request list and the surgery was a success and she has made a remarkable recovery. The doctors say that all tests indicate that there is no further cancer. Praise God! I had the privilege of "catching" numerous people who you blessed and received one myself. There was also a separate room where healings were being done in small groups and I went for that healing too and it was wonderful. I had a healing in February 2005 and avoided a major back surgery which I had been putting off for 3 years! As a physician I can testify that there is more healing power in the Spirit than is

Name: Jennifer I attended Mass every Sunday, went to confession and prayed at night. I thought I was doing my best. My eyes have been opened after attending Father Jose Eucharistic Healing Service once a month for a year. I have been a person who continually worries and was afraid of things. I always put money away in our savings and worried about the checking account. I have three children, 3, 2, and 3 months. I never realized I had a negative attitude in my daily life until my three year old began to be rude and negative. Then I realized she was imitating me. WOW!! The Lord used my three year old to allow me to see myself and how negative and angry I was. I asked the Lord, what can I do to change? The Lord called me to start attending daily Mass and go to confession more often. My family also started praying the rosary. MY LIFE HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED, I now understand when the Lord said, TRUST IN ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST. Now I give the Lord everything.
